| Our system conforms to Green Mark for Buildings Scheme under the Building Control Authority (BCA) in year 2006. (Green Building Design Guide - Air-Conditioned Buildings)
Launched in Jan 2005, the Green Mark for Building Scheme is BCA's main initiative to promote environment sustainability in buildings. This is an integral part of BCA's effort to shape a safe, high quality and people friendly built environment. Modeled after similar schemes adopted in countries such as USA and Australia, the scheme is used as the yardstick to rate the environmental sustainability of a building.
The Green Mark scheme encourages the adoption of various green building technologies and innovations to achieve better performance in the following areas:
- Energy efficiency
- Water efficiency
- Indoor environment quality and environmental management
