MECHANICAL PROJECT EXECUTIVE ¨C Chiller, M&E, HVAC, Oil & Gas, Marine, Construction, Building, Facilities Management
Requirements
The Project Manager shall possess the following credentials:

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Responsible for the complete spectrum of designated projects, including design standards, drawings, specifications, inspection test and commissioning and delivery of mechanical works.

Collaborate with distributor, marketing agent in other disciplines like feasibility study and design, and ensure delivery of quality service for end customer.

Regional on-site service work experience will be an advantage

Able to travel occasionally on global basic

In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics, water-works or with relevant project experience

Posses excellent knowledge in HVAC /Oil and Refinery/Power Plant/Marine Boiler systems

Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks and other relevant Mechanical designing software

Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Freehand, Illustrator and CorelDraw would be an advantage

Knowledge of water valve and water piping system design is a must

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Good analytical skill, detailed, initiative and creative

Strong planning, organizational and supervision skills

Posses good business communication and report writing skill

Prepare and give verbal presentation of products/ideas/information to company's prospects

Conversant with local codes and regulations, and submission procedures

Responsible for all documentation require for ISO certification and application to local & overseas accreditation bodies

Liaises with both local and oversea Government Agencies and relevant organizations for Subsidies, Grant, Environment and Technology Research scheme and awards.

Prepare Training Material for both local and oversea contractors

Co-ordinate installation projects and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, sales personnels and customers

3-5 years of relevant experience

Good working experience in consulting firm with proven track records in major development projects

SPR , Singaporean, Malaysian, China Chinese are welcome

   


SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE ¨C Chiller, M&E, HVAC, Energy Audit, Oil & Gas, Marine, Construction, Building, Facilities Management
Responsibilities:

Preferably a young and enthusiastic lady

With relevant industrial experience in Facilities Management, M&E, HVAC, Chiller product, Construction and Development, Oil & Gas, Marine, Architecture and/or ESCO.

3-5 years of solution sales experience

Align global business strategy with market competition. Acquire and manage new distributors worldwide.

Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness

Contribute to the formulation of long-term marketing plans

Maintain and develop both existing and new customer relationships

Update customer relationship management systems and update daily sales progress report to the Marketing Director

Prospect for new distributors, marketing agents and customers

Monitor competitor activity

Meet/exceed sales revenue targets

Execute business plan to achieve objectives

Liaise with in-house designers in the production of promotional materials

Verbal presentation of ideas and information

Manage, co-ordinate meetings

Evaluate marketing campaigns

Ensure deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively

Prepare press releases and photo shoots, liaising with journalists

Design questionnaires to quantify internal and external attitudes

Liaise with internal departments such as finance, purchasing and operations

Schedule resources to meet objectives

Analyse the pricing position and long-term profit position

Identify and select promotional and advertising options

Organize and attend networking sessions, events, tradeshow and exhibitions for both local and international markets

Provide consultancy and advice for internal contacts and external clients

Support the CEO/Director

Worldwide travel is required

   
Responsibilities:

Completed or exempted from National Service (Reservist)

Posses 3-5 years of solution sales experience

Independent, self-initiating and self-motivated

Possess a university degree with a good knowledge of business and marketing

Basic knowledge of centralized air-con, water chiller systems, heat-exchanger

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Excellent report writing skill, communication and analytical skill

Outstanding relationship-building skills

Excellent marketing and presentation skills and knowledge of international distributorship

Communicate with customers (phone call, newsletter, mail-shot)

Organise and co-ordinate business meetings with customer

Attend business networking sessions

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Able to work under minimum supervision and perform efficiently under pressure

Update daily sales progress report to the CEO/Director

Possess a Class 3 License

Singaporean, SPR and Malaysian may apply
